Vinyl fences are usually equal to DOUBLE BOTH the materials and labor of a wood one. We ENTIRELY DISLIKE vinyl products. We have seen endless ones, as pictured above that have chipped, cracked, had pickets broken, or are missing caps. We have COUNTLESS ones that have needed to be pressure washed SEVERAL times a year because of algae and mold.

All vinyl fence salesman will tell you that these are maintenance free.

DO THESE RALEIGH VINYL FENCES LOOK MAITENANCE FREE TO YOU?

Vinyl fences sound like a really really good idea, but the cost far exceeds the benefit and quality of a wood fence. A Raleigh vinyl fence also will add NOTHING more to your property value than a wood fence.

Think three or four times before you dish out all of that money you worked so hard to make before you buy one.

For those scarce few of you that are required by your HOA to have one of these, we feel your frustration.
